Mills food is made with all-natural ingredients and real meat as the first ingredient, with three different protein bases - Chicken, Salmon and Lamb. It is coated in raw meat, which is a protein freeze dried for extra protein and flavor, and gently cooked. Our food is rich in Omega-3 and Omega-6 Fatty Acids as well as Powerful Prebiotics and Probiotic. Made in the US.

Do your recipes contain fillers like corn, wheat, or soy?

No, Mills is grain free and free of fillers like corn, wheat or soy. We are focused on the high nutritional value of our food, with meat first, vegetables and nutrients

What happens as my dog grows and ages?

Dogs have different nutritional needs over time. Our recipes are formulated to meet the specific needs of puppies and adult dogs. We also offer specialized options for dogs with specific dietary requirements. In addition, you can always re-adjust your dog's packs as they grow and develop through our portal or by calling us and we will contact you from time to time to check in.

What is raw coated?

Raw coated is an additional layer of protein that is freeze dried and covers our premium dry food, providing an extra layer of protein and flavor.

Feeding & Transition

How do I transition my dog to Mills?

Gradual transition over 7 days:

  • Days 1-2: 25% Mills, 75% current food
  • Days 3-4: 50% Mills, 50% current food
  • Days 5-6: 75% Mills, 25% current food
  • Day 7: 100% Mills

This gradual transition helps prevent digestive upset.

How can the food be adapted to my dog's allergies or sensitivities?

When you take the quiz, you will be asked about allergies and the recommendation you get will be tailored to your responses, with limited ingredients or specific protein sources. Our team is here to recommend the best match as well.

How much should I feed my dog each day?

Each pack is customized based on the dog's weight, breed, age, and activity level, determining the type and amount of food. For example, a young Labrador would receive a different portion than an elderly Poodle.

Can I update my dog's weight or health profile?

Yes! You can edit your dog’s profile and adjust food preferences at any time directly from your account or reach out to us at hello@millsdailypacks.com.

What if my dog doesn't like the food? Can I switch recipes?

Absolutely. Users can switch to another Mills recipe anytime via their account. Assistance with recommendations is available online or by phone.

Packaging & Storage

Are the Daily Packs recyclable?

Yes, our Packs are made of recyclable outer packaging and BPA-free plastic (of course, in communities where there is recycling). Packs for 28 days weigh less, and have less of an environmental impact, than most large sacks, which include aluminum and are not recyclable.

Does Mills require any preparation?

No preparation required. Just tear and and pour into the bowl. The food is fresh sealed so it is always at its full nutritional value.

How should I store the daily packs?

Store your Mills Daily Packs in dry, cool place - drawer, cupboard, or even on your countertop.

What is the best way to store the food after opening?

The Mills Daily Pack is designed for daily consumption, so no storage is required once opened. If a pack is split into two meals, a chip clip or tie can be used to seal it until the second meal.

Can I travel with Mills packs?

Yes, the sealed daily packs are travel-friendly, lightweight, and mess-free, ideal for trips, doggy daycare, or long car rides.

Can the food be returned?

On your first order, we offer a Money Back Guarantee. Simply email us at hello@millsdailypacks.com or call 1-888-443-8953 within 14 days of delivery and we will cancel your subscription and ensure you get the refund for your first order.

On following orders, due to strict quality standards, we can't take back shipments. However, if you donate the food to a dog shelter near you within a month, with proof of donation, we will reimburse you 100%. The full refund policy can be found here.

Will I get a refund if my dog won't eat the food?

If I can't make the payment, can you process it over the phone?

At the moment, we only accept secure online payments through your customer account. If needed, we're happy to place the order for you.

Can I change my subscription?

We will always notify you by email 48 hours prior to the monthly renewal, and you can change or cancel your subscription within those two days by contacting our team. Once the order processes, however, we cannot guarantee that we will be able to cancel and refund the order.

Health & Safety

My dog has diarrhea — what should I do?

It is common to see a change in stool when dogs change food. Make sure you follow our transition guidelines here. If it persists for more than a few days - stop feeding new food and monitor your dog. Contact your vet if symptoms persist, and let us know — we may help adjust the formula.

The food has a bad or unfresh smell — is it safe?

Mills food should smell fresh and savory. If it seems off, don't feed it — contact us immediately for a replacement.

Can I consult with a professional before ordering?

Yes! Our support team includes trained specialists who can guide you on nutrition and recipe selection.
