Subscription Changes  

We want you - and your pup! - to be happy with Mills. We will always notify you by email 24h prior to the monthly delivery, and you can change or cancel your subscription within this time by contacting our team. Once the order processes, however, no changes can be made and we won't be able to cancel or refund the order. 

Cancellation of a subscription does not cancel any processing orders. Please reach out to our team to have a processing order canceled.

Refunds

Mills offers a 14-day Money Back Guarantee on your first purchase. Simply

email us at hello@millsdailypacks.com or call 1-888-443-8953 within 14 days of delivery and we will cancel your subscription and ensure you get the refund for your first order.

Following your first purchase, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges due to strict quality measures. However, we have a Donation-Refund Program, whereby you can donate your unwanted shipment to a dog shelter and we will refund you 100% of the order upon proof of donation. This refund can be used once, within a month of receipt of the order. Find dog shelters near you.

Please note that the management of subscriptions is the customer’s responsibility. If you need assistance removing duplicate accounts or subscriptions, please reach out to our team for help.
